Join the army only for four
Under the Agneepath Recruitment Scheme, soldiers will be recruited for only four years. For this the age of the youth should be from 17.5 to 21 years. This will pave the way for short-term recruitment of soldiers in the armies. Under this scheme, youth will be recruited in the Army, Air Force and Navy. Thousands of people will get employment from this scheme.
80 percent of the soldiers will be relieved
The goal of this scheme of the government is to take the efforts of the government to reduce the expenditure and lifespan of the defense forces. After four years, 80 percent of the soldiers will be relieved and the army will help them in providing further employment opportunities. 20 percent of the youth may get a chance to remain in the army.
An amount of Rs 1 crore will be given on sacrifice
Under the Agneepath Recruitment Scheme, the youth will be given training for the first 10 weeks to 6 months. After this they will be deployed in different parts of the country. They will be named Agniveer. If any Agniveer sacrifices while serving the country, then an amount of one crore rupees will be given to his family members along with the service fund. Apart from this, the salary of the remaining job will also be given to the family members.

Rajnath Singh told in the press conference that under the Agneepath scheme, youth will get an annual package of 4.76 lakh in the first year. This package will increase to 6.92 lakh by the fourth year i.e. above Rs 57 thousand. After four years of service, a service fund of Rs 11.7 lakh will be given to the youth. No tax will be levied on this.

Various corporations will also be interested in reserving jobs for such trained and disciplined youth who have served the country.
