Bhubaneswar: The whole of Odisha is in turmoil during the hot summer months. Due to the drought, colleges and universities in the state are closed until May 2. However, this holiday period may be extended. Higher Education Minister Arun Sahu said the controversy was ongoing.
He added that the heat wave is now raging across the state. Something similar will happen in the future. So now the next decision will be made based on the drought. Earlier in the day, the state Department of Higher Education had declared a May 2 holiday due to the strong summer heat wave in the state.
