Cuttack: Due to various irregularities in the office of Inspector General of Cuttack Division at Nuabazar of Public Health Department, the development work related to water supply has been completely stopped. It is alleged that they are embezzling lakhs of rupees through K-2 without tendering the work of the bank. This complaint has been reported to the Chief Engineer, Secretary, Chief Minister and 5 Secretaries. According to the information received, the inspection engineer of Cuttack Division of Public Health Department was verbally giving work to the developer and after the developer had completed the work, he was confidentially tendering the work and giving the specified date.
