Don’t compare Arjun Tendulkar with Sachin Tendulkar: Kapil Dev
Former India captain Kapildev has sent a message to Arjun Tendulkar. “If you can play 50 percent of Tendulkar’s performance,” he said. Which, of course, made the video an overnight sensation. Everyone has a question as to why Kapildev told Arjuna this. In fact, Arjun Tendulkar was bought by the Mumbai Indians for Rs 3 million at the IPL-2022 auction in February. Cricket fans were hoping that Ajun, 22, would do well. But he didn’t get a chance to play a single match.
“Let this young man enjoy cricket now,” Kapildev wrote. Tendulkar’s definition is good and bad for him, but in the end it should be remembered that Arjun is now a young man. We are talking about him now. Because he is the son of Sachin Tendulkar. Let him play cricket, don’t compare him to Tendulkar. If Arjun can play 50 per cent of Tendulkar’s performance, it would be best. Don’t put pressure on Arjuna.
According to reports, Arjun has played just two T20I matches and has taken two wickets at an average of 33.50.
