Mumbai: There is good news for cricket fans in the IPL 2022. From April 4, 50 percent of spectators will be allowed to enter the stadium. The IPL ticketing partner’s ‘Book My Show’ made the announcement on Friday. From the start, only 25 percent of spectators were allowed to enter the stadium. Now it has grown. The ongoing IPL is being played at four stadiums in Maharashtra.
Prior to the start of the IPL, the Maharashtra Cricket Association allowed 25 per cent spectators to enter the stadium at the Wankhede Stadium (Mumbai), the Brabourne Stadium, the DW Patil Stadium and the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium. “My ticket sales for the next match have started,” Book My Show said in a press release. The stadium is now packed with spectators. The decision was made in the interest of both domestic and foreign audiences.
Earlier, the Maharashtra government on Thursday decided to lift the curfew in the state. In Maharashtra, all corona-related cuts will end on April 2. Even wearing a mask is not necessary. Corona cases in the state have almost stopped. The Maharashtra Health Minister said the mask was voluntary.
