Lei Jun is the founder, CEO and president of Xiaomi. Other co-founders are Lin Bin, Dr. Zhou Guangping, Liu De, Li Wanqiang, Wong Kang-Kat, Hong Feng and Chuan Wang.
Lei Jun is a graduate in computer science from Wuhan University. In 1992, Lei Jun joined Kingsoft, a Chinese software company, as an engineer.
