Morning school from today
Bhubaneswar: Schools will be open from this morning in view of the summer heat wave in the state. According to the Department of Mass Education, the school hours for first to eighth graders are from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Classes for ninth- to twelfth-grade children are scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. All district education officials have been notified.
All school authorities have been instructed by the Department of Education to complete the class within the stipulated time. In addition, the school has been instructed to provide drinking water and ORS in view of the heat wave.
