The smugglers smashed the moving sawmill
According to reliable sources, illegal sawmills were being smuggled into a tent at Gohira in Telipal Panchayat. The raid was carried out by a team led by Kuldiha Ranger Anant Kumar Jena on the orders of Bimal Kumar Acharya, the district forest officer, in collaboration with the Berhampur police station. The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a police station, removing hundreds of protesters by truck. In the end, the forest department returned empty-handed. Similarly, 21 shifts of shale, acacia, lemon, and arjuna were seized, valued at around Rs 50,000.
The attackers included Bhagyashree Dwivedi of Forrester, Paramananda Nayak, Umakant Jena, Forest Guard and the Green Army. Note that the moving saw does not exist in a specific location. One, two, and two to four days are spent cutting down trees in the area and fleeing elsewhere before the forest department raids.
